Being close to what I need is exactly what I was looking for when I moved into Lakeview. Having attentive on-site staff that keeps things so clean and running smoothly is great too.

I simply love it. It's hard even to know where to start from. Firstly, people are really nice and polite, from the office, to maintenance to tenantes. Then, the location. I don't have a car and the proximity to Lincon Fields Station surely solves that problem. Finally my apartment view. I don't need pictures on the wall since I have that lake view 24/7.

I've been in this building for almost a year, great location, building well maintained, cooperative management. Any maintenance/repairs is just a step away from a phone call. Close to bus stop, and metro

This is the first place I’ve ever rented in Ottawa and it’s great. The people are very nice and everyone seems to get along. It’s pet friendly and even though I don’t have one myself my little one gets to see all the dogs and she loves it. It’s extremely clean and I’m thrilled about the staff being so responsive. The location is perfect, very central to a lot of things. Overall great experience.

I have lived here for several years now, and I really enjoy it. The building is always clean and well sanitized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet my dog and I with a warm welcome and a smile! I love living so close to the beach and several parks, as well as nearby shopping centres. I highly recommend living here!
